1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Padangtoto ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Padangtoto website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on Padangtoto. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

4.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Padangtoto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials. You must notify us immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful, current, and complete. You must update your account details promptly in the event of any changes. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are generally processed instantly. FPX and bank transfers may take between five (5) and fifteen (15) minutes. Padangtoto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Padangtoto does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which Padangtoto accepts no responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds; (c) not exceed the applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits for your account tier; and (d) have your account in good standing with no open disputes or flaged activity.

6.2 Processing Times

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, reload credits, and promotional offers made available by Padangtoto are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered first, unless otherwise specified.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

Padangtoto offers sports betting, live in-play betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and arcade games. The following general rules apply across all gaming products:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, reversed, or cancelled by the Player after confirmation, except where "Cash Out" features are explicitly made available and used within the specified timeframe.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds display due to manifest error, Padangtoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's account balance.

7. Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or payment provider after using those funds to bet on Padangtoto.

Padangtoto's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or the Services, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Padangtoto account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Padangtoto does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. Padangtoto will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify users in advance of planned maintenance windows.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Padangtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User fails to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• The account shows evidence of being operated by a person under the age of 21;
• Padangtoto is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order;
• The User's jurisdiction becomes a Prohibited Jurisdiction during the account lifecycle.

Upon termination, Padangtoto will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account after the deduction of any outstanding bonuses or amounts owed to Padangtoto, subject to completion of all verification requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Padangtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
